It is the story about the only girl in a group of assassins who most help the emperor kill 3 warlords who wants war in the country but because she is a girl she has lots of feelings doing the event fx. In the beginning she and the 9 others have to pick their best friend and then fight to the death because an assassin have no control over who to kill. It is not directly shown but Azumi needs to kill the one she loves. Because of her feelings she is the main reason the mission is about to fail but she managed and kills lots of bad guys in the progress.

I am not sure all people will like this movie but I do because it has quite a bit of action plus the story is good in my mind plus I like the characters and now after watching it again I might look at my own novel with new eyes
